Yoga, Qi Gong and mindfulness rooted in ancient lineage — brought to life for the modern body and the modern mind.
The Teacher
My path to yoga began practically — a new desk job after years in hospitality, a body craving space after constant movement. I showed up for the physical. What I found was something deeper: room to breathe, to think, to simply be.
Three to five years on, that practice has become daily life. Vedic meditation twice a day. Movement every morning. And a growing certainty that these ancient technologies — yoga, Qi Gong, mindfulness — are not relics. They are tools, more relevant now than ever.
My classes are fluid from the first breath to the last. We build — in heat, in focus, in intensity — and then we release, moving through savasana as an earned arrival. All bodies welcome. All levels met where they are.
